She was very transparent about answering questions I had about a 2015 Nissan Altima and didn't try to confuse me or use manipulation tactics "just to try to get me to set foot onto the lot". I almost ended up purchasing the Altima but found another deal on another car that was too good to pass up. But the 2015 Nissan Altima that I was looking at was better priced than all the other Nissan dealerships I talked to, and I talked to about 5. You may find other Nissan dealers that "seem" to have a better price, as I did, but 90% of the time it's smoke and mirrors because they don't disclose mandatory dealer options, and I've even found ads where they don't include the destination fee into the advertised price. But this place did both for the vehicle I was looking at. I ended up giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn't actually go to the dealership so I can't say for sure how the finance department is, how the vehicle I was interested in looked, and how I'm treated once I get to the dealership. But I thought the person who was helping me over the phone & email, Stephanie Pacheco, was definitely one of the best salesman (or woman) that I've spoken to out of the 10 or so I talked to in my recent car search. Decieving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Consumer beware! These guys give good car salesmen a bad name. Negotiated a price for a used car which I thought was great for me. When I got home an Consumer beware! These guys give good car salesmen a bad name. Negotiated a price for a used car which I thought was great for me. When I got home and looked over my paperwork I was surprised to see a charge for an alarm for a whopping $700. No paperwork such as a manual or instuctions were given to me about the hi-tech, overpriced alarm. Dealer says its already installed on the used car but really no evidence to prove its even on the car. I was buying the car as is since it is used; so how can they charge for something already part of the vehicle? That should have been part of the negotiated price. To have it removed, Dealer jumps the price of the car up an extra $500. These guys mention the alarm just like all the other features so you think its all part of the package, then they add some rediculous amount to your paperwork. They are probably doing this to every consumer out there hoping it goes unnoticed. Its a bad sales tactic. I've bought 2 cars in the last year elsewhere and this by far was the worse experience ever! They really don't care about their customers which reflects on the owner and managers. More
BE CERTAIN to read all the FINE PRINT I was foolish enough to have the wool pulled over my eyes on the actual sales price. The sales associate and sales manager presented a monthly paymen I was foolish enough to have the wool pulled over my eyes on the actual sales price. The sales associate and sales manager presented a monthly payment amount that was acceptable to me but never told me the total purchase price of the vehicle. I just assumed it was the sticker price. Wrong! They made it sound like they were giving me a fair trade-in value on my great condition 20K mileage vehicle, but in essence they really cheated me on it since they jacked the price of the stickler up by ~$1K. Then to add salt to the wound, the "lovely young woman" (I question that statement now) in the finance department had me electronically signing a document containing all the important information without giving me a hardcopy of the document until AFTER I had already signed it on-line. When she finally gave it to me, it was folded up and placed in an envelope with all the paperwork stapled together in mish=mash fashion. Was she hoping to deter me from looking at the DOCUMENT in question?? More "injury" stepped in; during my interaction with Griselda (lovely young woman????) I pointed out to her that my name was spelled wrong on the hardcopy documents. She ASSURED me that she would fix it. Now I receive the documents from Nissan with (wouldn't you know it) my name spelled wrong. I now note that on the COPY she gave me; the one she had me sign electronically, that my name was spelled wrong. I call this LAZY AND MORE LAZY. Now it will take WAAAAAAAY too much of my precious time to get this mess fixed. I also had trouble with the service department taking me for a ride on the rental car when I needed to bring the vehicle in overnight for a minor problem. From all apparent reasons, most everyone I come into contact with at this dealership has no respect for my time. In a NUTSHELL Just BE CAREFUL with this dealership. More

I recently bought 2013 Nissan from Ross Nissan. The attitude of the finance manger (Daniel Gonzalez) was extremely bad. I encountered 3 major issues with him and Ross Nissan. 1) I wanted to buy this ca attitude of the finance manger (Daniel Gonzalez) was extremely bad. I encountered 3 major issues with him and Ross Nissan. 1) I wanted to buy this car on cash but they insisted that I must finance in order to get better price. The salesmen said I can finance only $5K with 0% interest and for a shortest period, the rest I can pay cash. Howerever, fianced manager was very aggressive and in a threanting manner insisted that finance amount has to be over $15K with 4.8% interest and for 60 months. 2) The finance manger also made me purchase extended warranty without disclosing a $100 deductible plus there was a form which stated that buyer has option to refuse to purchase factory installed Alarm, but they still insisted to include in the price and made me sign the form and charged the outragious price of $695. We got to this dealer at 6PM in the evening and the paper work was completed at 3AM. Overall experience was bad as going through with that kind of late processing of paper work, one will easily be exhausted and hidden items will be discovered after the fact. 3) On top of everything, Daniel was keep suggesting over and over that I should pay him some tip for processing my paper work. The only helpful person was Winser Carrasco (Sales Manager) at this dealer in some part of the process. More
