El Dorado Mazda - Service Center

I have been taking my Mazda to this dealership for service for almost 7 years. The service staff are very professional, and i love the way they share the report and video. Unfortunately, on my most service for almost 7 years. The service staff are very professional, and i love the way they share the report and video. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit I was disappointed with the sales staff who sat within a few feet of the service waiting area and had conversations better suited for the employee lounge…or locker room. They were unfazed by customers being in earshot while they dropped f-bombs and joked about their wives. That’s the only reason for my not giving this review five stars. More

I've been coming here for service for years for service, as they're the only nearby Mazda dealer. And to be honest, every time I do it I feel like they're trying to pull a fast one on me. They are consta as they're the only nearby Mazda dealer. And to be honest, every time I do it I feel like they're trying to pull a fast one on me. They are constantly telling me I need work done that they'd already done (work that should last years not months), and then when I bring it up to them they just shrug their shoulders like "what do you want us to do?" This most recent time was the most egregious, and I think is going to be the last straw, and I'll be driving a bit further to go to a dealer that I can actually trust instead of one that I am constantly having to guard myself from. More
