I came in on a Saturday morning with no appointment for an oil change. Since we paid for maintenance when we purchased the vehicle from El Dorado, it makes more sense to use their service rather than a qui an oil change. Since we paid for maintenance when we purchased the vehicle from El Dorado, it makes more sense to use their service rather than a quicker fast oil change place. The oil change took 2.5 hours; however, only about 30 minutes more than I was told it would take. I was less than impressed with William and in particular his customer interaction. He was impatient and just edgy enough to be polite while still being condescending and bothered. It could have been and off morning for either of us, but I feel it is important to share my experience. This was unusual in that we have always had great customer service experiences both in Sales and Service at El Dorado. Please keep up the good work, it is truly appreciated. 4-stars that lean heavily into past experiences. More
