Friendly, no pressure from finance department when customer explained our need and use for our new car, expecting to drive with low miles, not requiring an extended warranty. I do expect that our car will be cleaned up, touched up to perfection as expected buying a new car and ready for pick up by Nov 2nd. Only thing we did not like is that our new cx-50 2024 had 800 miles supposedly driving from out of state on dealer exchange. Seems that vehicle with 800 miles would need to be sold as used.
