This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Not only did they accuse me of lying about their misprinted ad, but when I came back to buy a vehicle they were so rude and disrespectful that I ended up only did they accuse me of lying about their misprinted ad, but when I came back to buy a vehicle they were so rude and disrespectful that I ended up walking out. We agreed to a price over the phone and when I came in that was not the price I was offered. I negotiated it down some and then told them I needed a few minutes to make some phone calls and make sure I was doing the right thing and getting a good deal, as this was my first time buying a car. The sales manager kept trying to bully me into the deal and actually told me that if I didn't think it was a good deal that I could go to another dealership. So I did. I went to Hiley Mazda of Arlington, was treated respectfully, and bought a nicer car for the same price. I will never go back to this dealership. More
