My experience with this dealership is with the Service Department. I love this Service Department!! Excellent. Hassan, our salesman, was not pushy at all. He knew the features of the car very well. Two service tasks, oil change and fix tire. After five hour wait the oil change was completed, but the tire wasn't fixed. Resulted in getting stuck with a flat tire after it was stated that they plugged hour wait the oil change was completed, but the tire wasn't fixed. Resulted in getting stuck with a flat tire after it was stated that they plugged it. I have never had an oil change take five hours. I have owned several Mazdas, this will stop me from buying another. More
