What wasn't expected when preparing to hop into the car to leave were the very visible grease and oil smudges that the service crew member left on the driver seat, seat back, arm rest, interior console and steering wheel. Not cool. I brought this to the attention of the service desk/cashier, who arranged for the oily mess to be cleaned. More
