Before my car was even looked at by a technician, the service desk guy was already telling me what I did/didn’t need. My drop off time was 7:30am and when I called at 3:30 for an update, they hadn’t even service desk guy was already telling me what I did/didn’t need. An hour later they had a diagnosis and said they would need to keep my car for a few days because they didn’t have the parts. This was a huge inconvenience because I commute an hour to work daily. The service advisor was courteous and professional. The price for labor is outrageous; out of a bill of $1113, $795 was for labor.
