First off we had regular service scheduled along with a rubber piece of trim from the bed cover purchased and installed by your service department. Stephen McAnally was showed what the issue was but when w rubber piece of trim from the bed cover purchased and installed by your service department. Stephen McAnally was showed what the issue was but when we picked the vehicle up and and drove down the road the same piece of rubber was flapping in the wind exactly how it was prior to dropping it off. I called to advise and he acted like it was no big deal just bring it back…We were unable to turn around and go back so we returned the following day, dropped it off with Efren since Stephen was at lunch. We showed him the problem and advised we were there the day before he said he would take care of it. we went to eat lunch, when we arrived to pick the truck up this time I wanted to make sure it was indeed fixed, but again it was not… Stephen jumped in our truck slammed the door, sped off and spun the tire as he left the garage!! How very unprofessional that was, but that was only the beginning of my terrible experience that day. Not only did I have to come back 2 days I now had to wait 30 more mins for a 3rd attempt to fix such a simple task. Once he arrived back to tell me this I advised him of the inconvenience this was and the attitude I was receiving along with the how ridiculous this was to go through when 2 people were showed what the problem was. He gave me excuses why it might not have been done right and more attitude and argued with me in the service desk area about the situation. I advised him his reputation with us is terrible every time we come there he has an arrogant and a blow off attitude. He preceded to tell me there are other reps we should go to then and walked away. As I was explaining what just happened to another employee there, Stephen was at his desk shaking his head and talking under his breath as if I was the problem. Again very unprofessional to do. He not once apologized or was sympathetic about the situation and basically through his hands up instead of rectifying the situation. Very disappointed with the service department as we have purchase many many vehicles from y’all in the past 2 years on top of the referrals to be treated this poorly. More
