I like how I was greeted in the service bay when I first pulled up by a friendly gentleman who led me over to Mike. Being my first time there that really helped me get my bearings to know where to go and who to speak with. The person who returned my car to me in the service bay was also very nice. I find that everyone was helpful, cheerful and kind. I recently moved into the area, so I’m very pleased to have found a dealership with people that want to take care of me and instill confidence in getting my car repaired. More

So many deceitful practices from this dealership. Returned a leased vehicle with 18,000 miles - tried to get me to sign an odometer statement that indicated car had 21,000 miles. Would not provide any doc or note that car was returned at end of lease. Used car mgr, Justin Griffin, was rude and condescending…said they don’t give anything to acknowledge that I was relinquishing possession to the dealership and if I didn’t like that, just take the car and leave. I am owed one car pymt because the first payment was collected at lease signing and I rec’d an invoice at the end of the lease for a car payment which I paid because I didn’t want it to affect my good credit so I actually made 37 payments on a 36 month lease. Don’t expect I will see that money returned. Would NEVER recommend this dealership. In addition, was contacted by dealership a few months before lease was to expire asking if I wanted to lease another vehicle early and disposition fee would be waived. Asked them to send me the proposed deal because I needed to either buy or lease another car anyway. I was sent an outrageous deal that didn’t align with national public offerings by Mazda which would include a better trim on the CX-90 then what the dealership proposed and tried to cut corners on the additional rebate entitlements for lease-to-lease and customer loyalty. When I pointed out that what the dealership was offering did not compare with the national offering or pricing, sales mgr, Tommy Melton, stopped corresponding. Would NEVER recommend anyone deal with this dealership due to unprofessional and deceptive practices. More

Was not happy, when dropped off truck he would not listen to what I was telling him about the brakes. Could of told me that the pad sensor meant that the brake pads are worn, I already know that, so then I to what I was telling him about the brakes. Could of told me that the pad sensor meant that the brake pads are worn, I already know that, so then I get charged 120 or so for them to tell me what I knew. Took care of the warranty items but was very unhappy getting charged and the guy not listening. More
