I am very disappointed! My car was delivered 1 day later than expected and it didn’t arrive at the time it was supposed to the next day. My biggest issues are….. The car was delivered with scratches, some painted over, that weren’t there the day I purchased it. I know this for sure because I carefully looked for this. My salesman, Billy should be able to attest because he walked around the car with me and verbally stated there were no issues or repainting done to the car. He also showed me the handle and door protectors and there were no scratches in those areas. The car was not detailed as promised and I can’t get the gum stain off the seatbelt. I requested to have air put in the tires prior to delivery but that didn’t happen either. When delivered, the tire pressure light was on because all 4 tires were low (26 both left tires, 24 front right, 27 back right; pressure should be 33). I was offered to bring the car back so someone can touch up the scratches but it looks like that has already been done in some areas. I live over an hour away and I don’t feel comfortable with my car going back to your shop after all of this. I feel I should be given the opportunity to at least have my car detailed at another Chevy dealer or be reimbursed for the cost to get it done, My only good experience was with the salesman, Billy Medina. I was excited about getting this vehicle but the overall experience definitely changed that. I was let down and someone should be held accountable. More
