My appt was at 10:00 and I text Lucas around 11:30 he said it shouldn’t be too much longer. Then after another hour I text him and didn’t get a reply, also tried to call and left a message with no call b said it shouldn’t be too much longer. At about 1:00pm I went to desk and another guy helped me , my keys were at Lucas desk and my car was ready, who knows how long they had been there!! He checked me out. Never heard from Lucas again.
