Horrible experience 😪 Stephen McAnally Service Consultant needs to be fired had a really horrible experience with this guy nothing got done like it should have and my vehicle was there from June 2 Consultant needs to be fired had a really horrible experience with this guy nothing got done like it should have and my vehicle was there from June 23,2023 until August 1st 2023 yes your reading that correctly the recall was done but the other services were not I got tired of trying to communicate with this Jabroni every time I would call he would never return my calls or tell me what the progress was moving forward with my vehicle and every time I would go up to check on my vehicle he had 100 excuses as to why he couldn't get in touch with the warranty company. Had a warranty on my vehicle so I was just trying to see what repairs would be covered and pay the difference if I had to this guy was very unprofessional and was always talking nonsense when I would try to talk with him about my vehicle. He never made me a priority and put like 150 vehicles in front of my vehicle guy doesn't know how to communicate with his customers and then once I got frustrated and ready to pick up my vehicle he told me that I didn't have the funds to fix my vehicle which were false I felt like this guy was trying to bamboozle me into to paying 5,600 dollars for work that didn't even need to be done to the vehicle got tried of trying to work with this guy then he was trying to talk crazy to me in front of other customer service consultants and that drew the line for me right there is the sand. Then I go pick up my vehicle and he trying to tell me that I have two diagnostic fee to pay because I decided not to let Chevrolet fix my vehicle I declined to pay one of them and spoke with a supervisor because I felt why should I pay for a diagnostic fee when nothing was done and my vehicle was there 39 days very bad customer service bad and once again Stephen McAnally Service Consultant at Eldorado motor needs to be fired More
