My appt was at 10:00 and I text Lucas around 11:30 he said it shouldn’t be too much longer. Then after another hour I text him and didn’t get a reply, also tried to call and left a message with no call b said it shouldn’t be too much longer. At about 1:00pm I went to desk and another guy helped me , my keys were at Lucas desk and my car was ready, who knows how long they had been there!! He checked me out. Never heard from Lucas again. The service rep was trying to save me money on service that I didn't need, but maintenance checks that I wanted done were change and tire rotation.
