Always received excellent service, but this last visit I feel I was up charged rather than taken care of by my service provider. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, my total was not $301 + oil change, but over $500. I’d asked him to let me know if they found anything wrong with the tire that I’ve been losing air. I’ve been adding air every month for 12 months. When I took it to Discount Tires, they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I was charged $25 for a patch. I could’ve taken it back to Discount Tires and had it repaired for free. Thankfully, the front desk gave me a little bit of a discount, but I’m struggling with trust now snd $160 an hour is beyond my pocketbook. More
