My Tahoe is nearly 20 years old and it runs great due to the amazing service I receive from Michael. I have worked years in retail customer service and I can spot great and genuine customer immediately. I know the difference between someone who really cares about their customer and Mike always provides me outstanding service. Yesterday I was “blown away” by his great customer service. I had a lot of questions and he patiently and professionally answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My Tahoe has 230,000 miles and it runs great due to Mike’s incredible service and attention to detail. More
Service department is a joke. Made an appointment one week out on line and indicated that I would wait to have my car looked at. When I got there I told Ty that I was there for my 7:15 am appointment. He said that we are running 3 to 4 days behind. I said that I have an appointment for 7:15 am and he said well the computer doesn’t know how far behind we are. I ask what the reason for making an appointment and he replied that the appointment time was with him to discuss what was wrong with my car. What a joke this place is. I have been negotiating with one of their salesman on a new truck but after my dismal service experience I wouldn’t go near this place. My experience was that it is by a bunch of grumpy people that desperately need a lesson in customer service and I will not go back. More
Just took my 03 Vette in for it's annual oil and filter change as well as the annual inspection. I've just realized it did not pass the inspection (catalyst and evaporation systems). Thinking back I now realize how slick Robert was: he never handed me the paperwork, this went directly to the cashier. We stood together for about 3-4 minutes and there was no discussion about failing the test. 4th year in a row here and I would have expected more than Robert's sly move. Very deceiving. First time I have experienced this. Needless to say, I've put a hold on the credit card. I await Robert's return call today. More
I was parked in the service garage entrance waiting for my husband pay for his service. We arrived at 6:50pm. At 7:03 the lights in the garage turned off and it was pitch black. I asked the guy (later told me his name is Barry) if he could turn them back on so I could back out. (We also had our twin 4 year olds with us and they were scared) He said they were halogen lights and could not turn back on. I asked him why would he turn the lights off if he saw customers were still in here. He told me that they were closed and it was time for him to go. He was very rude and demanding. I told him we were paying customers and it didn’t make sense. He then sarcastically said he would hold a flashlight so I could back up. My husband then came out after paying. I started to tell him what was going on and we quickly decided it was best to leave. I am not one to write bad reviews but what we experienced tonight was uncalled for, uninviting, and rude. I do not recommend El Dorado Service Department for anything. More
My service was terrible. My car was scratched during service. I was told it was already there with no proof! The heavy lady at the checkout counter in service was very rude. I asked for the price before we hung up and was told $60 as they were running a special. When I arrived the service advisor handed me paperwork to sign to get started (shame on me for not reading it). I told him I would wait on my car and after an hour and fifteen minutes I asked for a status on when my car would be complete. He said they were in the middle of the 30,000 mile warranty and it would be another hour and a half. This floored me as I never asked for that service, my car was shy of 30,000 miles. I asked what that was going to cost me and he said $550 and that he and I discussed it on our phone conversation. There is no way I would have agreed to this one month before Christmas. I work from home and could have booked it after the new year. I had him stop that work on my car immediately and was told I had to pay $230 in order to get my car back. It seems they do this a lot as I called to worn a friend that purchased a vehicle from them and she told me they did it to her back in April and wanted her to pay $750, but agreed to take $250. Please read your paperwork before signing for service. I will be finding another dealership to take my car to in the future. More

In the beginning thought that we were going to have to pay for it but ended up being an issue that the plant caused so the dealership took care of it. It's so important to have a dealership that you can trust to make sure you're safe on the road Thanks guys for taking such great care of us and our baby!!!! More
