Came in for a multipoint check on my 2019 Silverado. Check engine light had come on but wasn’t at the time. I understand they can’t help it if it’s not on at the time. But I explained to them what was h Check engine light had come on but wasn’t at the time. I understand they can’t help it if it’s not on at the time. But I explained to them what was happening. So I Had them check it over. Said everything was good. Paid $300 to clean up some recommended services. Get back home and notice the power steering fluid is low. Nothing was said about it. The belt/bearings are still squeaking although they checked off on it with the multipoint check. Few other items were not addressed. Overall just a rough experience. Wish it could have been better! More
