I had to drive a considerable distance with tolls in between for this particular service to be told it would be at least a week or two out. I can go anywhere for xxxx service and I can buy elsewhere if this is what I’m to expect. Not so much as a “sorry we effed up”. Took my car in for service because it sounds and feels like it bottoms out when going over rough roads and bumps. Test drive didn't show auto tech anything so they closed my request. When picking up my car I went to Jose's desk hoping for face to face communication. Instead, I get waved off to the check out desk with no further communication. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased at El Dorado Chevrolet but may possibly be my last due to the extremely poor customer service in your service department.
