Will not use service department again. I stated to the service representative, Stephen, when dropping off my car that my husband had a treatment due on Thusday for a recent diagnosis of ca I stated to the service representative, Stephen, when dropping off my car that my husband had a treatment due on Thusday for a recent diagnosis of cancer. I had already had to cancel a scheduled appointment because i absolutley needed my car. Finally had to just bring it in as my car was shutting down. I was refused a loaner, actually told during both scheduled appointments that they haven't had a loner in the past couple of years. Took 48 hours to hear the issue. When heard of the problem by text with no phone call. I immediately approved the services for a dc/DC converter and followed up and I pleaded again that I needed the car, I was told they ran out of daylight. What really made me want to write a review is that when I was in picking up my car, more than one person came in speaking of their loaner. I don't know what your customer retention goals are, but your service department is not it. More
