Lack of regard for quality. Took my car in to fix a problem with the auto start/stop. They said it was fixed, paid $1300. I drove 5 min away and tested it out and it failed 3 times. Took it back and since it was late in the day and a Friday, expected a call Monday. They did not call, so I called the following Wednesday to check. They said it would be an additional $1300 to fix the problem they never fixed. I asked to speak to the service manager, Robert Richmond, and was sent to his voice mail. Left him about 3 voice mails before he called me back. Said he would follow up and call me back. Never called back. Left about 4 more messages with no reply. Finally, went back to the dealer and he had no sympathy for the situation, said well take care of the labor and you pay for the part ($500). Told him they never fixed the original problem and it took me 5 min to reproduce it when I left their lot. He didn’t care. Pretty much, pay the money or take your car. I decided to come back for my car because I don’t want to give this dealership one more penny. They brought my car out and it was filthy. Had a thick layer of dirt on it. They didn’t even bother to rinse it out. All in all, just a terrible experience and will never use this dealer again. More

Eldorado Service Dept has a great team of advisors who go the extra mile for customers. I have been a loyal customer for 14 years. I will not take my vehicle to any one else for service. They recognize that I am on my own and that I depend heavily on their guidance when it comes to keeping my Tahoe operating safely and efficiently. I trust Ty and Pete - they have never let me down. There have been a couple of instances over the years where I have had battery issues or engine light on - one call is all it took thanks to Ty King to get rescued by Eldorado. .There’s no substitute for this kind of care and compassion. I appreciate the entire department for their warmth and receptiveness every visit - but my go to for help will always be Ty or Pete. I am so grateful for their expertise and their kind.attention when I need my vehicle serviced. It’s very much a family atmosphere because that’s just how they make you feel.
