El Dorado Chevrolet - Service Center

Took my car in for service because it sounds and feels like it bottoms out when going over rough roads and bumps. Test drive didn't show auto tech anything so they closed my request. They closed my request without any communication with me in regards to when the issue is most notable. Just closed it and moved me on like my experiences were nothing. When picking up my car I went to Jose's desk hoping for face to face communication. Instead, I get waved off to the check out desk with no further communication. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased at El Dorado Chevrolet but may possibly be my last due to the extremely poor customer service in your service department. I will add that I did have a very short text conversation with Jose. He told me the bottoming out was a design issue. REALLY??? What a line of crap that was. More

Long time customer, this visit may be my last. Purchased multiple trucks from them, this visit may be my last. I had to drive a considerable distance with tolls in between for this particular service to be told it would be at least a week or two out. I can go anywhere for xxxx service and I can buy elsewhere if this is what I’m to expect. Not so much as a “sorry we effed up”. Near as I can tell, ElDorado Chevy owes me for tolls and 70 miles worth of fuel to get there for a job they wouldn’t do. Bear in mind, I made an appointment for this weeks in advance. More
