He lied over and over again about when my vehicle would be ready. He told me not to text him, to only call. I asked him for my warranty info & phone number & he said he didn't have it, to just google it. W be ready. He told me not to text him, to only call. This dealership and service department are a joke. They do not stand behind their word on anything. They sell a fake warranty that will not uphold. We bought our car and the low washer fluid light was on and they topped it off. A week later the same light came on, leaking washer fluid. We took it to the dealership to get fixed. We take the car in and the kept it for 10 days, we went to pick it up after zero communication and they tried to charge us a service fee even though this is an issue the car had that had yet to be fixed. They made us walk every direction back and forth trying to find the correct person to speak with. Then there was no manager to speak with and a employee who was arguing with us. Now a week later after getting my car, the washer fluid light is on again and fluid leaking everywhere. More
