Very bad experience & service advisor wasn’t helpful or accommodating to my concerns or needs. My estimate from you to replace the trailer brake module was $871.00. I bought the part from GM for $71.00 and was about to install it when another mechanic said that that was not the problem. Before that, was $871.00. I bought the part from GM for $71.00 and was about to install it when another mechanic said that that was not the problem. Before that, though, I asked how much you would charge to program it if I purchased it, and I was quoted $173. After having the other mechanic look at it, it turned out to be a 30 amp fuse. Fixed it all! So after I would have spent almost $900 with you, it wouldn’t have solved my problem, and you would have told me I had other issues. I think at the very least I should get a refund on the diagnosis, of $119.00 because it was incorrect, and almost caused me to lose a lot of money that you wouldn’t have given me back! Please consider before I care this any further. Thanks More
