The dealership seems to be a good place however I feel that some poor decision was made by the service writer and technician on my recent repair of the transmission speed sensor and transmission filter th that some poor decision was made by the service writer and technician on my recent repair of the transmission speed sensor and transmission filter those parts should have been replaced the same time that the transmission valve body was replaced, because right after the valve body was replaced a week later the check engine light came on and went off I called the service writer twice when the light came on and went off and he told me that if the check engine light is not on that he can not do anything with it however both times the code was stored inside the tcm as history code the third time the check engine light comes on I called him and tell him that the check engine light is back on and the truck is running rough however I checked the codes personally myself and know that is was misfiring and the code for the speed sensor was still in the system I mentioned it to him while I was there and he said his tech did not see any transmission codes a week after I picked up the truck the check engine light comes on I called home he said bring it in monday morning then later that day he called me with a bill of 137 if they had done a better job this would have been taken care of at the time of the valve b repair very dissatisfied with Michael McDonald.
