After what was a disastrous afternoon with my insurance’s road side assistance, I spoke with Mike in service, had a plan to tow our Tahoe to the dealership and got fixed quickly the following day. I was sold a custom trail boss for $73k. Warranties sold to me were maxed out, they had allegedly given me $8k in “cash for all” discounts , i was supposed to get an additional 500 military Warranties sold to me were maxed out, they had allegedly given me $8k in “cash for all” discounts , i was supposed to get an additional 500 military discount. I did have $9k negative equity on my trade in (valued by them at 30k but KBB at $36k) so i don’t understand where the extra $10k come in if MSRP on the truck is $55k. The most should have been $65k, finance agent never showed me prices and I just signed everything like an idiot. My credit score is in the 730-750 range and they gave me a 9.5% apr when I had gone in with a chase approval at 7.25%. I have never been taken advantage of like this. Staff was friendly though. More
