DEALER KEEP MY TRUCK FOR ABOUT 60 DAYS AND THE WAY SERVICE DEPT COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMER IS THE WORSTE I HAD TO CALL EVERY FRIDAY JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THE COMMERCIAL TRUCK WAS NOT READY THE SERVIC SERVICE DEPT COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMER IS THE WORSTE I HAD TO CALL EVERY FRIDAY JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THE COMMERCIAL TRUCK WAS NOT READY THE SERVICE DEPT KNOWS THE PROBLEM IN 30 YRS ITS MY FIRST TIME BUYING CHEVROLET AND MY LAST ONE FORD TRUCKS NEVER GIVE ME THAT MANY PROBLEMS AND AS TODAY THE TRUCK STILL HAS LOTS OF PROBLEMS NOT ALIGNED SERVICE BODY CRACKED LIGHTS ON DASH ON More

I’ve been here several times and it seems to take a minimum of 2 hours to complete my trucks tire rotation and oil change. This is the second time I’ve been here that took over 45 minutes to even take minimum of 2 hours to complete my trucks tire rotation and oil change. This is the second time I’ve been here that took over 45 minutes to even take my car back for an oil change and tire rotation. Then another hour and 20ish minutes to complete the job(s). Not to mention they are much higher than other places. They charge separately for an oil change and a tire rotation. This visit was $130 just for the oil change and another $30 dollars for a tire rotation. The total was $166 and some change for 8qt of oil to be changed and tires rotated on a gasoline truck! This is absurd! I’ll drive out of my way to go somewhere cheaper. More specifically 45 minutes north where it is $90 dollars for BOTH an oil change AND a tire rotation at a different Chevrolet dealership. That would be $70 dollars in savings. Well worth the drive. When this was brought to the attention of the service guy, all he did was ask “where is that?”, to which I told him, and he continued to tell me how much it was and asked for payment. Now, I know he doesn’t make the prices and I should have done my research before hand, but I learned my lesson. More

Michael McDonald is the only advisor i will go to at Eldorado Chevy. I took my wife’s 21 traverse in for just a couple things.
