The first service and tire rotation didn’t go well! They did not readjust the tire pressure so the fronts ended up higher than the rears. When I got home to affix this issue I discovered every one of the lugs was damaged. I reported this to the service advisor but have had no response from the manager. Also trying to book an appointment was very difficult because the online system only gave you an option of one time and when I attempted to call nobody ever answered! I probably won’t visit El Dorado Chevrolet again or recommend the to anyone. More
