Jacob in service is awesome! He called me to lmk the part for my recall was ordered and then again to lmk it had arrived. He scheduled my appointment for me the next day and I He called me to lmk the part for my recall was ordered and then again to lmk it had arrived. He scheduled my appointment for me the next day and I was able to drop my car off and b in and out of the service area within minutes! He text me to lmk when my car was ready for pick up. By chance I text him to say when I was on my way and when I went to pick it up, he had it pulled up front ready and waiting for me! I was in and out in a flash!!
