I contacted Edgar in the used car department about a truck he had advertised on FB Marketplace. and he asked me to come right then to check it out and make a deal. I told him that I was 30 minutes awa truck he had advertised on FB Marketplace. and he asked me to come right then to check it out and make a deal. I told him that I was 30 minutes away. When I got there, he pawned me off on another person, who in turn pawed me off on yet a 3rd person. And none of them seemed to know what they were doing. And the final nail in the coffin is that this vehicle was not even there!! They then tried to sell me another truck that was over $3,000 over the budget that I told them that I was approved for. I would not trust these guys!! I will never go back. I wasted and hour of driving time & gas. More

After climbing up the chain of command, the service was great. The last 5 cars I have purchased has been through Eldorado. Was frustrating and unfortunate I had to go up the chain of command.
