Long wait time. Was told 3 days after buying vehicle that i would need to pay $5200 for a torque converter replacement. They were able to get the dealer in Sherman that owned it before my purchase to cover the cost as well as gave me a loaner vehicle same model. The repair took more than two weeks. I can say it works great now and all is good! More

As I previously stated in another review, the service is excellent. My only complaint has to do with the type of chairs in the waiting area. I'm nearing age 80 with a bad knee and a not so forgiving back. excellent. My only complaint has to do with the type of chairs in the waiting area. But that won't keep me from returning the next time I need service (although I am tempted to bring my own chair.) I particularly wish to commend Tim Burnett.
