By far the worst customer service I have ever received. I would rather attempt to return my gear to CIF 20 times than ever step foot on that property again. From the moment I walked in the door, until the I would rather attempt to return my gear to CIF 20 times than ever step foot on that property again. From the moment I walked in the door, until the time that I left, I was treated with nothing but disrespect. Is this bc I’m a woman? Or bc I’m a military veteran? I went there to test, drive a specific vehicle with a check already in hand from my bank. Come to find out, I was sold a vehicle that didn’t even work. These morons had to jump start it and no one thought I should know until I signed on the dotted line. The punk who test drive the vehicle with me “didn’t know where I should drive to” and neither did I as I was not from there, as he sat texting on his phone. He also argued with me constantly about the price, which was (I’ll admit) set several thousand dollars below KBB value. But not after he tacked on countless RIDICULOUS fees and then ARGUED with me about them. So why set the price so low if that’s not how much you want to sell it for? To make matters worse, as I waited for the part to be replaced, NO ONE contacted me about when it would be ready or where to pick it up at, as I was originally told “I will drive it to you myself (I drove two freaking hours for this vehicle). I ended up having to drive half way as “that’s too far for us”. I had to hunt them down, I had to make all the phone calls, I had the unanswered calls and e-mails. Horrible!!! I still can’t get a hold of the finance manager, over a week later, who said “I’ll send the documents to right now”. Fortunately for me, I learned a number of valuable lessons that day on how to purchase a vehicle. More
