My appt was at 10:00 and I text Lucas around 11:30 he said it shouldn’t be too much longer. Then after another hour I text him and didn’t get a reply, also tried to call and left a message with no call b said it shouldn’t be too much longer. Then after another hour I text him and didn’t get a reply, also tried to call and left a message with no call back. At about 1:00pm I went to desk and another guy helped me , my keys were at Lucas desk and my car was ready, who knows how long they had been there!! He checked me out. Never heard from Lucas again. I asked for a hard duty service and only got an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep was trying to save me money on service that I didn't need, but maintenance checks that I wanted done were change and tire rotation.
