I would give 0 stars if I could. Brought my car here back in July & spent around $600 to get it fixed. It spent over a week in the shop with little to no communication on when I would get it back. Ever since then I have been back monthly with a check engine light. The car was never fixed properly. Each time the scanner reads for the same 02 sensor the car was originally brought in for that has already been paid for. This part is under warranty mind you. They will not replace the part. They just keep claiming that it’s something else wrong but they don’t know what it is. Recommending anything else but replacing the part the scanner is reading for that’s under warranty. I have been back 3 times. Here we are in November & the check engine light is on again (4th TIME) & reading the same code. This is awful customer service to me. If a part is under warranty & a scanner is throwing a code for it- change the part. Chances are it’s faulty. I don’t understand. Clearly you don’t know what’s wrong with it so what’s the harm in swapping out a part that’s under warranty if a customer is repeatedly coming back for the same issue over and over again!! I would never recommend this dealership & it’s even scarier that I’m bringing you a Chevy car & you can’t fix it at a Chevy dealership after 4 attempts. More

I loved the customer care I was given as well as the service maintenance that was done! Love the care that was given with my vehicle and even though it is most likely cheaper to go to other places, I kn service maintenance that was done! Came in for a multipoint check on my 2019 Silverado. Check engine light had come on but wasn’t at the time. I understand they can’t help it if it’s not on at the time. So I Had them check it over. Said everything was good. Paid $300 to clean up some recommended services. Get back home and notice the power steering fluid is low. Nothing was said about it. The belt/bearings are still squeaking although they checked off on it with the multipoint check. Few other items were not addressed. Overall just a rough experience. Wish it could have been better! More
