Service representatives are always great. This time it was Anthony, he was equally great. My only complaint was it took exactly two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That' This time it was Anthony, he was equally great. My only complaint was it took exactly two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That's more than twice as long as usual. My appointment was at 7:15 a.m. and I left at 9:45 a.m.. it seems like a long time with an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I will continue recommending El Dorado for their service department. More
