We were well received and negotiations made sense after careful consideration. Max Chang treated us well and helped us through the process, showed us our options and helped discuss our goal with management careful consideration. I felt the financial associate was pushy and did not pay attention to understand our needs but tried to push us for additional increases in our monthly payment to justify additional maintenance and care packages. At the end the financial associate gave is a good deal on the maintenance plan for the three years lease and it was well received and accepted. In general, it was a good experience considering that we were just looking for our options and not completely committed to change vehicles. We got our with a good vehicle and we were there for about 2 hours. I'll definitely consider them again but need to experience their full maintenance support, it's my first time leasing (having) Mazda vehicle. More
