First off I purchase a Trax from them 2 weeks ago. The optional packaged that was suppose to come with my vehicle had gone ordered along with my wheel locks. Called this morning to talk to my Salesman The optional packaged that was suppose to come with my vehicle had gone ordered along with my wheel locks. Called this morning to talk to my Salesman but was told he no longer worked there. So they gave me a manager sho said he would call me back because he had to walk over and see if my accessories were there. A service person called me back n said they were in. So I asked how long it would take to install the All weather floor mats, cargo tray, cargo net m wheel locks He said about 20minutes. So I asked if they were busy n he said no-one so I said I will be there in 5-10 minutes to just live down the street. I get there n no one could remember talking to me and I couldn't remember name of either gentleman I spoke with on the phone. So they checked in yes my accessories where the teen would pfobab?y be more than 20minutes. Ok I went n day down people were coming and going coming and going by no one came to say anything to me, I went and ask after a 1 1\2 hours if they were almost done he said told me yes. So 30 minutes later they came back and asked me about wheel locks I told him the he were suppose to have been ordered day I purchased the vehichle. He came me a story n asked if I wanted them I said yes Ok then they guy tells me 10 minutes later that the he were putting them on right then. So tell me why 30 minutess later he comes back and tells me they don't have them they need to order them. Here is been there for 2 hours n 45 minutes. I said just bring MD my car this is ridiculous- all that time just to put those mats onREALLY??? I will not bring my vehicle into this service dept. Very frustrated I already was fighting a migraine when I arrived. Bad communication- n ridiculous amount of time spent waiting!!! More
