During my last trip to this dealership, I had a Less than desirable experience. While I was there, I observed an employee become engaged in a near physical confrontation With a tow tow Truck driver regardin desirable experience. While I was there, I observed an employee become engaged in a near physical confrontation With a tow tow Truck driver regarding the status of a vehicle. The dealership employee became so enraged at the tow. Truck driver that he followed him out of the office and physically threw keys To a vehicle at him while shouting at him, demanding him to stop and turn around and face him. At the time that this happened, the area was full of customers who were all in shock. Ultimately, another employee had to get between the two gentlemen and stop the dealership employee who was clearly the aggressor as the tow truck driver was trying to disengage and walk away unsuccessfully. The employee of the dealership who demonstrated this behavior was extremely unprofessional in hostile. This single event has caused me to reconsider visiting this dealership again. More
