Wasn’t happy with service I received. Part was on back order, and had 2 other parts that needed replacing. Other 2 parts could have been replaced while waiting on back order part, and car Part was on back order, and had 2 other parts that needed replacing. Wasn’t happy with Anthony, extended warranty only cover car rental for 5 days, not helpful to me. More

The service received was not bad. A couple of things that were off: I could not tell if the tires were truly rotated. To me, it did not appear so - I could be wrong on that one. Oil was added, but the % sensor was not reset to 100%, not a big deal. Lastly, the battery cover was not set back properly, leaving the components of the inner casing completely exposed. Again, not big issues to deal with, all is well. The real problem is that with automobile engines: things add up over time, and one thing leads to another if details are neglected. I love El Dorado and will be back. Not sure if other Clients are experiencing some of the same; so thought it may be important for someone to know. Won’t be back! I came in for a simple tire rotation and oil change. I dropped it off and about an hour later I get a call stating that I am going to need new studs I came in for a simple tire rotation and oil change. I dropped it off and about an hour later I get a call stating that I am going to need new studs for my rear passenger tire because 2 of them were stripped. Told me my cost would be $175. I knew these studs were not stripped because about a week prior I had replaced my back brakes myself and had no issue removing my tire or putting it back on. They did not want to take the blame and possibly get held accountable I’m sure is what it boiled down too. If I had not changed my brakes just a week before I would have been oblivious to the condition and would have just paid what they requested me to pay. Mike McDonald provided horrible service and matter of fact insisted that I was obviously lying about where my lug nuts came from when he asked me like 3-4 times. I bought this truck brand new back in 2016 from El Dorado Chevrolet exactly how it was with all the upgraded parts. I have also taken my truck to the El Dorado Chevrolet Service for my Oil Changes and various other services since then. I will NOT be back! More
