When i arrived, several advisors were standing around without customers and failed to ask if i needed help until i sat down. Once i was helped, the advisor i was put with was very rude. Stated even thought i booked an appointment for 5 online and they close at 7, they may not be able to get me in. Once my vehicle was done, the advisor emailed me letting me know it was done. Didn't call or text, luckily i checked my email and only live minutes from the dealership so i was able to make it in time to pick up prior to the department closing. More

It was a quick sale and trade-in. They did not tell us until in the sales office that the car had been used as a loaner car for a few months. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and accommodating—thank you for that. Overall, we had a great experience purchasing the vehicle. The only feedback I have is that the process took about accommodating—thank you for that. Overall, we had a great experience purchasing the vehicle. The only feedback I have is that the process took about 6 hours, even with just one short test drive (15-20 minutes), no significant negotiating, and a straightforward financing approval. We wondered if there might be ways to make it a bit more efficient in the future. Thanks again! More
