This dealership is professional when it comes to looks and appearances, but from what I have received service wise, it is definitely not exceptional. First time I came in my service advisor was fired and and appearances, but from what I have received service wise, it is definitely not exceptional. First time I came in my service advisor was fired and I could not get an update on my vehicle from anyone over the phone because it wasn’t there’s to touch. I bring it back for maintenance a few months later which at the time I was happy with until the most recent time I had come across some concerns. I brought it up there due to a pop in the front end. I called on Friday and asked when I could bring it up there to where they could look at it in one day since I live an hour a way, and he said bring it Monday morning at 8 and I told him I would have it there at 7. I brought it Monday at 7. Never heard back from the service advisor, Mike. I called him at 4 to see what the deal was and he said he would look at it tomorrow the tech didn’t get to it today. So I told him I needed it and I can bring it back 7 tomorrow morning and he said we would have to make a new RO for that and send it to the back of the line. So naturally since no one in this world wants to walk an hour drive home I go and get my truck and ask how can I bring it back to where it can be looked at in one day. “Well since you brought it to me on Friday and I only had half a day Friday and half a day Saturday the tech just didn’t get to it today. Next time bring it to me Monday morning” Mike said. Interesting Mike, I brought it to you 7 in the morning Monday morning. So I picked my truck and took it to the house where I started pulling it apart myself. Found a cross member bolt to be slightly loose so I tightened it up. Well to get to that cross member bolt you have to take the skid plate off. Low and behold I found some oil and a gasket in the bottom of my skid plate. Who did the last oil change you ask? Eldorado Chevy. So I worked on hunting an oil leak down for 2 hours which I haven’t found yet so I will work on checking oil levels for the next few weeks considering it is more than likely a mess that was not cleaned up by the service tech. I have sat on the other side of that counter for a couple of years and know the conversation that happen so none of what has happened is a real shock but boy is it disappointing. More
