It may be par for the course in terms of industry standard, but they took the Purchased a 2012 Honda Fit two weeks ago and so far couldn’t be happier. It may be par for the course in terms of industry standard, but they took the time to clean and detail the car thoroughly and get it looking like new (decal and bumper sticker removal, etc.). In terms of above and beyond service, they took the additional time to remove the trailer hitch and scratches on the passenger door and rear bumper. Professional, courteous, and efficient - thanks.
