I was offered the "right price" from another dealership for the 2020 CRV Touring but Silvia Garcia made such a huge impression on me during the test drive that I just had to buy from her! To be VERY clear, I went out of my way just to make this purchase for my family with HER. Honda of El Cerrito will have my loyalty for sales and service if they keep employing staff like Silvia! She was the only person who approached me outside when I arrived at the dealership without an appointment. There were a couple of sales men outside as well but they looked at me and kept talking to each other. As a woman of color, that meant a lot to me. She never rushed or pressured me into making a decision the day of my test drive. I purchased the vehicle 3 months later and her warm disposition and character sold the car.
