Another Great Experience I was in the market for a new car since I gave my daughter my last car (which was purchased at Honda of El Cerrito). I noticed another dealer was off I was in the market for a new car since I gave my daughter my last car (which was purchased at Honda of El Cerrito). I noticed another dealer was offering good incentives on a car I was looking at, 2018 Honda Accord Sport. I contacted Silvia Garcia, whom I have dealt with on my previous car purchase and let her know about this other dealer. I asked if Honda of El Cerrito could match what they were advertising since I have dealt with them in the past. Silvia she has been kind, responsive to my financial needs, and offered no pressure sales tactics. Silvia worked with her General Manager, Rick Guerin, who also has been responsive to my car needs. They were able to come up with an equal offer that I could not resist but was better because of the lifetime engine/transmission warranty. I was quite surprise by their deal since it was within my budget and hard to believe for a new redesigned model. Knowing that I could not pass up on this deal and it was the car that I wanted, I came in right away. Silvia, Rick, and the Finance Manager, Anthony Manosca, had me in and out within a couple of hours. I took delivery shortly and Silvia made sure that was car was delivered in showroom condition. I have nothing but praise for this dealership and the each of the staff members that helped me with this transaction. I have been a Honda guy for a long time and this has been my dealership for many years. Working with Silvia and Rick was a pleasure and I will continue to refer my friends and relatives who may be looking for a new Honda. More

First New Car My nephew was in the market for a new Honda and has never purchased a new car before. He has always bought used to save money. Now that he is older, I suggested that he reward himself with a new car and he always wanted a NEW Honda. I have been having great experiences with Honda of El Cerrito, especially with Elsa Hundley. She has been working with me for numerous new cars for many years. Elsa has always got me the best deals and if I had a trade, she got the most value for my car. There have been times that I made her work for her commission but in the end, I was able to strike a deal. She took good care of my nephew and was patient while he decided what level of Accord that he wanted. After he decided on a Sport Edition, she and her Sales Manager, Rick Guerin, worked out a deal that worked for his budget and made him walk away very happy. He said he will return to Honda of El Cerrito whenever he is in the market for a new car. I was glad that I could help our a family member connect with a straight forward dealership. I lease/purchase a new car quite often and I know how the car business can be. This is why my friends (who I have referred), now my family, and I come to this dealership. More
