To my surprise, SILVIA GARCIA greeted us with the biggest and warmest smile. I came in wanting a 2016 white Grand Jeep Cherokee (at a particular price point) and I came out getting exactly that! There are no words that can explain how sweet and considerate Silvia is. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. It felt like I was talking with an old friend. She has a great heart and you can tell that this isn’t just a “Job” for her… She loves helping and being around people. She definitely enjoys what she does. Stellar service!!! I walked in to this place on a Sunday just to do my due diligence and test drive a Civic. My lease for my Mazda3 was up and I was strongly considering I walked in to this place on a Sunday just to do my due diligence and test drive a Civic. My lease for my Mazda3 was up and I was strongly considering getting another one because I liked it quite a lot. And the Civic was a comparable vehicle. I had never driven one. I told Janice my intentions just so she could know where I was coming from. Janice never blinked an eye and said something like, "that's fine but I think you're going to really like the Civic. Let's take one out." So we did and I knew pretty quickly I liked the car. A lot. So then we started talking numbers and about taking care of my lease ending. I decided to lease the Civic and Janice and Rick worked together to make me what I thought was a very fair deal and we took it from there. We hit a snag with the lease return but it wasn't because of this dealership lack of trying to accommodate me. The problem was with the other dealership. I am now driving and really enjoying my new Civic and as an ex-Mazda owner the difference in quality is amazing. Janne was right! I liked the Civic a lot more than my Mazda. She was easy to work with and extremely helpful and calm during the at times lengthy process due to their being unusually busy for a Sunday. I did not expect to be driving away in my new car when I walked in. They have a nice lounge with gourmet coffee drinks available. I really could not have had a better experience than I had this Sunday. And I am loving this car!! Thanks, Janne and Rick! More
