We looked again and we found a 2015 black civic I was like ok let me check it out and I really liked it, it had all the cool tech stuff that I wanted in a car and the interior was also black! Purchase of new car Everything was great until I was called a week after I walked out with the car. I was told to come in and “re-do” some terms. Communication wasn’t clear when I signed the agreement and I ended up not getting an extra service that I really wanted under the first contract. The finance team was to blame for this inconvenience. Sylvia's work is beyond my expectation. She has been helpful to my family over the years as we have purchased a few cars from this dealer. It is sad that the finance team did not seem to have the same level of customer-conscientiousness as the salesperson. More
