I felt the usual high pressure from the sales person and this turned me off from wanting to go back to El Cerrito. Luckily a co-worker recently went to this dealership and couldn't stop talking about how great her experience was. She recommended we ask for Silvia Garcia. I CANNOT THANK THIS PERSON ENOUGH. Silvia was THE ABSOLUTE BEST experience I have ever had dealing with buying a car. I have purchased 3 cars from dealerships and this was handsdown the BEST experience. Silvia was no pressure and made me feel like I was buying a car from a good family friend not a dealership. I honestly felt and still feel that she really cared about us people not as a number or commission. She was patient in answering our questions and working with us. She worked within our financial constraints and never pressured us to buy more than we could afford. She made sure our car was immaculate and perfect before handing over the keys. We've had some issues with the car but not her fault. She has been super helpful ins assisting us with dealing with any problems we've had instead of just ignoring us after the sale. I cannot recommend her enough. If it wasn't for her I'd NEVER go back to El Cerrito Honda considering what I've dealt with before. They are lucky to have Silvia.
