I needed a vehicle right away, my parents have purchased their last 2 vehicles from Eide Ford and Kim had helped them with their last one. I came down and visited with Kim. We went to Eide to build and order a new vehicle. Upon driving onto the lot we found a expedition that was the exact color that I was looking for. Three hours later I drove off in a new 2013 Ford expedition. I am 51 years old and this is the first time that I have ever had a brand new vehicle. So this was big deal to me. Kim took care of everything for us. We have bought many vehicles from Eide Ford. Customer service is there number one priority. I have worked retail for 32 years and we were always taught that if you don't have customers you don't have a job. Eide Ford is alright in my eyes. Thank You for the great service. More
