Low Pressure Sales and Excellent Prices When I went to the dealership, I was dropping off a friend to pick up his vehicle that he was purchasing. I had no intention of buying a vehicle but i When I went to the dealership, I was dropping off a friend to pick up his vehicle that he was purchasing. I had no intention of buying a vehicle but i decided to take a look and see what they had on the lot. I was impressed by the selection that they had and decided to look and see if there was anything that i liked. Moneer Nyazi was very helpful while i was picking out my car. Upon selecting my 2012 Ford Fusion, both Moneer and Jesse Schuchard from the Finance Department helped me to make the buying process less stressful. Jesse was very helpful and new what to do when working with my bank. I highly recommend Eide Ford and want to say thank you to Moneer and everyone there for all of their help. More

Finance and Sales Department are Great I have been dealing with Eide Ford for 13 years, and would not consider another dealership. They have always gone out of their way to make me feel co I have been dealing with Eide Ford for 13 years, and would not consider another dealership. FALSE INFORMATION I have given this review because I truly feel I was screwed on a 2010 Ford Focus I purchased from them. I dealt with a salesman named Josh, he was a v I have given this review because I truly feel I was screwed on a 2010 Ford Focus I purchased from them. I dealt with a salesman named Josh, he was a very nice and very kind to deal with. However, he is new to the car world. I told him very strict parameters, I wanted something with good fuel mileage, grey or charcoal in color, under 100k, and in a certain price range. He stated " Well I have this 2010 Ford Focus that gets 38 miles to the gallon on the highway, and 24 in town. It had correct color, miles, and great fuel economy so I purchased this vehicle. After driving it two weeks, I call back in and told Josh my concern that It hadn't went over the 25 mpg mark. He said to reset the mileage, so I did. I tried it again under various conditions driving with tail winds, at 65 mph, everything and the car will not get over 25 MPG in any condition. I have called a second time to try and figure out what is going on, because in my opinion I was told that I would get 30 miles to the gallon on average. The managers don't want to stand behind there product, and want to feed me a line of B.S. and say that I don't have a valid complaint. Yes, it is 4 years old, with 83K on it but then don't tell someone that's what it gets. I feel I got screwed, and there managers don't want to even look to compensate anything and were horrible to work with, how they ever got there is unknown. I wasn't looking to get anything for free, just looking for what I had asked for in this vehicle and I was told I would get and obviously its two different things. I wouldn't' recommend any single person to buy from them, and have no respect for customers. More
