I was treated very well I had a good experience at Eide Ford. David Boehm treated me very well. Good quality vehicles! Great staff! We have purchased 3 vehicles from Eide Ford in the past 4 yrs. We have had NOTHING go wrong with any vehicle. We've put over 100,000 miles on one vehicle and it's still going strong (new tires and that's it)! The sales person calls us periodically to check on the vehicles and he is soooo nice! (Thank you Dana) We recently purchased a truck......when asked if this vehicle had power they let us hook up our job trailer and test drive it! It was AWESOME. I can't thank Eide Ford enough, they truly care it's not just about making a sale! :) I would HIGHLY recommend Eide Ford!!!!! More
Personalized Service Dana was an excellent person and i mean PERSON not a salesman. He made sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at a very reasonable price and even Dana was an excellent person and i mean PERSON not a salesman. He made sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at a very reasonable price and even broke down the pros and cons of the different ways I could purchase via lease or buy to own. I didn't feel pressured to purchase and he didn't direct me to other vehicles I wasn't interested in. He even stayed after hours on the weekend to make sure I was satisfied! He has answered any question I've had within 24 hours and has followed up to make sure everything was 110%. He walked me through all the electronics on the vehicle to make sure I understood how to run the gadgets and gizmos. The vehicle performs exactly how i want it to and I can't complain about the price. I actually feel bad for Eide for because the vehicle was only on the lot for a day and it was the new model so the poor guys can't play with it anymore! Perfect service perfect vehicle! More

Great, Knowledgeable, Low-pressure Salesman I was shopping around the area for a used F-150. After looking at other dealerships, my wife and I went to Eide Ford. We met right away with Ryan Ob I was shopping around the area for a used F-150. After looking at other dealerships, my wife and I went to Eide Ford. We met right away with Ryan Obrigewitch who very genuinely greeted us. As a former salesman myself, I also appreciated his slight inquiry into any previous interactions with other salesman at the dealership; it was clear that Ryan wanted to help us out, but didn't want to take a sale from another colleague. That's a pretty rare attribute in a commissioned environment. During the test drive, Ryan was very knowledgeable about all the features of the truck we had out to include the history and previous owner. I was very impressed with his approach; he treated it as an opportunity to have a conversation with me about what type of truck I wanted in lieu of trying to push a sale down my throat. I'm admittedly a difficult person in a negotiation environment, but Ryan and I brokered a deal that I was happy with in the end. He also followed up with me after the sale to address a couple of the items we discussed prior to the sale occurring and was incredibly punctual and cordial. I am very happy with my new truck, and we'll probably be buying a new car there in the not too distant future as well. As a side note, about 9 months ago I had a great experience with the service team as well. The service manager installed new tires on my old truck for free and thanked me for being a long time Ford owner. Talk about creating a customer for life, I was very impressed. That little service "comp" probably cost Eide about $50 or so in labor, but it made Eide my first choice when buying a $30k+ vehicle. That's a solid business decision. My experience was very positive. I'd recommend Eide and Ryan Obrigewitch to anyone in the market for a different vehicle. More
