The person that sold me the warranty said it would take care of any mechanical problems I was likely to experience until April 2018 or 90000 miles. Four years later when I have a problem I find out there warranty won't cover it. I have over a year left on the warranty and only 68000 thousand miles on the car. The service department was surprised that a gold plus warranty wouldn't cover the part and bent over backwards to do what they could for me They even got got Ford to cover half the repair even though the car was beyond Fords warranty. Service department excellent. Sales department misrepresented the expensive worthless warranty they sold me. More

The car was in excellent condition and one of the things I liked most was when you buy a used car from them they'll let you see the inspection sheet from the day the car arrived. It's very transparent and you can see exactly what they did to the car before putting it up for sale. It gives you a lot of confidence buying a pre-owned vehicle.
