My appointment wasn't until noon but I showed I showed up at 11:15 knowing he already had an appointment so I was prepaired to wait. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the front desk and Mike came right over and got started. We took a quick test drive in the already warm truck and he was very informative. I asked quite a few questions about the truck and he never stumbled. All in all the entire experience was great. They've earned my business from here on out. More
